How can I add additional or new documents on to my appointment booking?
To amend an appointment, please log in to your Dashboard and click on Appointments (you can only make amendments with more than 24 hours notice).
Once you have found the Appointment, click on the text and your appointment details will appear on the screen.
You can now change the appointment details.
Once you have amended the appointment, scroll down to the bottom of the page and press Update.
Please note that if you are a Pre-Pay Client you will not be able to amend appointments and will instead need to cancel the appointment and create a new one. If you should require support amending an appointment, please use our Chat facility or email email@example.com
