What is a Viewing Lite?

A Viewing Lite is a viewing appointment where access must be provided at the property, not via key collection. Access may be via a key safe, the occupier, or where no access is required. Standard feedback questions are not included. This service offers a more cost-effective option for clients who intend to follow up with the viewer after the appointment and do not require key collection or drop-off.
