What training will I receive as a Member?

Training is provided in the form of an online Member Manual and our Academy modules. The Academy modules are completely free and can be accessed at any time via the Members dashboard.

We also have a dedicated Membership Team who are available Monday - Friday to answer any queries our Members have, alongside our Operations team who are available 7 days a week with specific appointment queries.
