Where can I find the feedback for the appointment undertaken today?
Once a Viewber has submitted their feedback this has to be checked by our Feedback Team for quality assurances purposes.
Viewbers are asked to submit their feedback as soon as possible following an appointment, but it may be that they are unable to do so until they complete their appointments for the day.
You should normally receive feedback within 2-3 working hours of the appointment.
Feedback will be sent to you via email. If more than 4 working hours have elapsed since the appointment finished, please use our Chat facility or email email@example.com for assistance.
