How can I make a complaint?

To help us review and resolve concerns as quickly and effectively as possible, all complaints must be submitted using the complaints form available on your Client Dashboard. Our Complaints Handling Procedure is also available there for your reference.


Completed complaint forms should be submitted within seven days of the relevant event, for example within seven days of the appointment date. Complaints submitted outside of this timeframe, or not submitted using the complaints form, may not be considered.


Once submitted, completed complaint forms are automatically forwarded to our Service Delivery Team for review.
