How do I amend an appointment?
To amend an appointment, please log in to your Dashboard and click on Appointments.
Once you have found the Appointment, click on the text and your appointment details will appear on the screen.
You can now change the appointment details.
Once you have amended the appointment, scroll down to the bottom of the page and press Update.
Please note that if you are a Pre-Pay Client you will not be able to amend appointments and will instead need to cancel the appointment and create a new one. If you should require support amending an appointment, please use our Chat facility, or email email@example.com
