What are the appointment cancellation fees?

Cancelling Your Order and Obtaining a Refund

All cancellations must be made through your Dashboard on our Website. Cancellations cannot be made directly with individual Viewber Members or by contacting our Support Teams via telephone or email.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, cancellations will be eligible for a refund of the price paid for the Services, using the original payment method, subject to the following conditions:

• Services lasting less than 2 hours: Cancellations made with less than 2 Working Hours' notice will be charged in full, and no refund will be issued.
• Services lasting 2 hours or more: Cancellations made with less than 6 Working Hours' notice will be charged in full, and no refund will be issued.

Cancellations made with sufficient notice will not be charged. We will not charge for other cancelled services. Please refer to our T's & C's
