What are your cancellation fees?

We understand that cancellations are sometimes unavoidable. We kindly ask that clients provide as much notice as possible to prevent Viewbers from making unnecessary plans or travel arrangements.

Cancellation charges apply as follows:

• Services under 2 hours in duration cancelled with less than 2 hours’ notice will be charged in full.
• Services 2 hours or more in duration cancelled with less than 6 hours’ notice will be charged in full.
• Any service booked with a “Deadline” that is cancelled more than 1 hour after booking will be charged in full.

Cancellations made with sufficient notice will not be charged. We will not charge for other cancelled services. Please refer to our T's & C's
