What are your cancellation fees?

We understand that cancellations are often unavoidable. 

We ask that Clients provide as much notice as possible to prevent our Viewbers from making any unnecessary plans or travel arrangements. 

Cancellations with suitable notice will not be charged, charges will apply to services which are less than 2 hours in duration and are cancelled with less than 2 hours notice will be charged in full. Services of 2 hours or more in duration, which are cancelled with less than 6 hours notice, will be charged in full. We will not charge you for other cancelled Services. Any service booked with a "Deadline" cancelled after 1 hour of booking, will be charged in full.
