What is a Viewing Assistant Appointment and how much does it cost?

Yes! Viewber offers a flexible Weekend Viewing Assistant service, allowing estate and letting agents to manage weekend viewings without the cost or commitment of recruiting additional staff.

Simply book a Viewber Member for the number of hours you require, from 1 to 6 hours, and we'll arrange for a suitable local Member to support your team.

How does it work?

• Start of the day: Your Viewber Member arrives at your office to collect the property keys and viewing itinerary.
• During the day: They attend and conduct the scheduled property viewings on your behalf, providing a professional experience for prospective buyers or tenants.
• End of the day: They return the keys to your office once all scheduled viewings have been completed.

There is no fixed limit on the number of properties your Viewber Member can attend during the booked period. However, please ensure your itinerary allows sufficient time for each viewing and travel between appointments.

This service is ideal for managing busy weekends, covering staff absences or extending your viewing capacity without increasing your permanent headcount.
