What is a Viewing Appointment and how much does it cost?

We can conduct Viewing Appointments on your behalf to enable access for potential buyers and tenants. Appointments are available for slots of 30 minutes, 1 hour and 1.5 hours. During the appointment the Viewber will guide the viewers around the property and provide feedback to you once the appointment has ended. Clients are permitted 1 viewing party per 15 minutes, so in a 30-minute appointment slot, a Client can have two sets of viewing parties arriving at 15-minute intervals.
