How are our Viewbers rated?

Each time a Viewber conducts an appointment on a Client's behalf, we ask our Client to provide a star rating for the service that they have received from Viewber Limited. If a rating is received with 3 or less stars, this triggers our internal review process to understand why our client's expectations haven't been exceeded.
