What is an Open House Appointment and how much does it cost?

An Open House Appointment allows multiple prospective buyers or tenants to view a property during a scheduled period, without you needing to attend.

Our vetted Viewber Member will provide access to the property and welcome attendees but will not personally guide them around.

Appointments are available for 30 minutes or between 1 and 8 hours. There is no limit on the number of viewers, although larger groups may result in less detailed individual feedback.
