What is an Open House Appointment and how much does it cost?

We can conduct Open House Appointments on your behalf to enable access for potential buyers and tenants. Appointments are available for 30 minutes, or between 1 - 8 hours. During the appointment the Viewber will provide access to the viewers but will not guide them around the property. There is currently no limit on the number of people who can attend an Open House Appointment, however, the more viewers in attendance the less likely the feedback sent to you will be detailed.
