I have registered to use your Services, how long will it take for my Account to be activated?

Once your registration has been received, this will be processed by our Client Advisor Team, who are available Monday to Friday each week, excluding Bank Holidays. 

Your account should be approved within 2 - 4 UK business hours or alternatively we will attempt to contact you in this time. Prior to activating your Account, your Account Manager may contact you to discuss your requirements and their recommendation of the best services to suit your needs.
