Why has my Dashboard been locked?
When you first apply for a Viewber account, you will need to wait for your Client account to be reviewed and approved by our Business Development team.
If your account has already been approved, it may be possible that your client dashboard has been locked because there is an outstanding payment on account. In these circumstances, please email hello@viewber.co.uk for assistance. Please be aware that our Accounts Team is not available at weekends or on Bank Holidays.
