Why can't I login to my Viewber Dashboard?

We are sorry that you are experiencing difficulties logging into your Dashboard. As a first step, please reset your password (you will find the link to do this on the login page). 

If this still does not work then please check that you are attempting to log in with the correct email address. 

If this doesn't work, then please ensure that the login details are not being auto-populated by your smartphone with incorrect information.
