I have just received an email offering me an appointment but it's already taken - what happened?

Appointment notifications are sent out to a Group of Viewbers once we have selected the most suitable Viewbers to be instructed. This means that on occasions, it is likely that when you attempt to accept an appointment, it has already been accepted by another Viewber. 

We suggest making viewings@viewber.co.uk a VIP or Favourite on your smartphone to ensure that the notification is delivered to you as soon as possible.
